The hazards of drinking too much water
Although, it has been discussed many times about the benefits of plenty drinking the water, many doctors recommend to people to drink 8 glasses of water daily. But recently some discussions are presented on condemnation of drinking water. According to doctors as much less drinking is dangerous, indulged in drinking the water can endanger the health. In fact, the maximum amount allowed for humans to drink is about 2 liters. On the other hand, if too much water be drunk in a short time, person suffers High-water problems in body and in this case, there is the possibility of confusion, coma and even death. According to doctors, if the person goes to the bathroom more than once in every 2 hours and does not has the history of a particular disease; it means that too much water has been drunk. Of course, it cannot prescribe the certain amount of water to drink every day, and it depends on the physical and desire of people but normally drinking the one and a half liters of water daily is recommended.
