Do not brush after breakfast

Most people who care to maintain of their dental health, are brushing 3 times a day -after each meal- Dietary. But researches of scientists in the UK have shown that brushing immediately after breakfast threatens the health of your teeth. According to doctors, at bedtime bacteria and plaque is formed on teeth. The acid and sugar in food get weaken the protective property of the enamel, so brushing after breakfast destroys the needed time to repair of tooth enamel. That's why doctors recommend at least brush one hour after breakfast or before breakfast. In addition, toothpastes contain fluoride create a cover on teeth and protect them against the harmful effects of acid and sugar. Also, it should be refused of too much pressure when brushing the teeth.
